Hello - Respectfully, unless the photo is flipped, this is a women's (large), not a men's sweater and size. If it were men's, the buttons would be on the opposite side (the #1 indicator) and the sleeves would not be even in length with the bottom hemline. They would be much longer than the hem. Also, a men's size large is *at least* 1-1.5 times larger than a women's size large, the cut is totally different, and the proportions are much different, and larger.
