Sorry I’m a little later with this. It measured out to about 25.5inches flat for the hip area. I added new pictures of the measuring this area too.
Also if it helps my hip measurement is 39 inches and the dress fits very loose in that area for me.

@tmcginny Omg this is perfect then! My proportions are super odd (35” waist, 47” hip) so I usually have trouble with sizing and need to have things tailored if I want them to fit right 😅 thank you so much! Sending over an offer now 🥰
