Vintage Imperial Salem China Company service Plate Warranted 23 Karat

This decorative plate has a classic French transfer print depicting a courting or dancing couple in Victorian-era attire, with 23K gold details and a green and gold border.  There is lots of staining under the glaze and crackling as seen in the photos.
