NWOT-this top has vneck, puffy sleeves with band at hem. Blue, light blue and white stripes on seersucker fabric. Loose fitting bodice with gathers around neckline. Sleeves has bright embroidered flowers. Size M. Raglan sleeves. Armpit to armpit is 22”, back neck to hem is 24”. Sleeves are approximately 12” long. 79% polyester 30% rayon.
