Lulu's Navy and White Floral Dress

Lulu's Navy and White Floral Maxi Dress, Size Small. Worn a couple times but still in okay condition. Dress is lined, but there is a hole in the lining, I took a picture of it, still wearable though, there’s no flaws on the outside. For reference I’m 5’3” and about 118 pounds, dress is a bit tight on me doesn’t quite zip all the way. Waist seam is 13 inches across. Collar to bottom is 56 inches, straps at the widest part in back are 3 inches. Make me an offer!
