Super cute vintage Hane Mori Ban-Lon by Vivid Polyester Dress. Made in Japan. I purchased from a vintage reseller in New York for $200 around 2002. Original Dress was a midi dress and had big balloon sleeves and was a little oversized (it says size 12). I loved the print but didn't love how it looked on me so I modified to make smaller, and made it a mini sleeveless dress with ruffles at sleeve. So dress says size 12 but it would best fit a small since I made it smaller. Would best fit 32 or 34 A or B cup. Has a slight a-line fit. There are a few little black dots on it. I took a picture. Overall it's in good condition. I didn't try to remove those black dots because they do not show when wearing.
