Charades Flapper Halloween Costume Black Fringe Gold Sequin Trim Sz L W/beads

Nice, pre-owned black flapper dress with looped fringe and gold sequined trim around the front of the neck. Made by Charades in size L. I bought this dress from a consignment shop in Arizona 17 years ago and never wore it. Measures 16" pit to pit but stretches to 40" around my mannequin, with room to spare. Measurement around the waist is 36" on the mannequin with lots of stretch available. Length from shoulder to bottom of fringe is approximately 37.5". See pictures for measurements.
