yardleyfashion @topoftheline71 , on size 12, the mid-thigh, 6" below the top of the inseam, is 10 3/4" on the flat or 21 1/2" circumference. If there is a different point of measure you want - let me know how far down

yardleyfashion @topoftheline71 , the knee is 18”. The out seam has three-quarter inch seam allowance and the inseam has half inch same allowance if you needed to let it out a little bit.
