Pomander Place Tuckernuck red crepe sleeveless tiered v-neck dress Medium

Pomander Place by Tuckernuck Mini Dress. Red dress with tiers and a v-neckline. Mini length Sleeveless Empire waist 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Size Medium on a size medium mannequin. Approximate measurements are 18" pit-to-pit and 33.5" long. It will run a bit small as it is tight across the chest of the mannequin. Also, I have a photo with a mark on the dress. It has not been treated. However with treatment should come out. My opinion is that this would best fit a small or small medium.
