70s Vintage Long Sleeve Navy and Cream Dress

This is a gorgeous late 60s early 70s dress with a striking contrast design. The bodice is a rich royal blue with long sleeves and a high neckline trimmed in lace at the collar and cuffs. The skirt is a light cream with a subtle embossed floral pattern and has a thick banded waist. Has prairie/ Edwardian revival vibes with the high neckline and lace. Has pockets! Zips up the back with a talon zipper. In good vintage condition with a few small spots - see pics. No size tags, handmade. Approx an xs.
