NWOT Floral Mini Dress/Top

Urban Outfitters Cream Floral Mini Dress Reposhing this item I purchased from @pineandoak. I love it, but it’s just not the exact thing I was looking for, so I’m hoping it can make someone else’s day. This cute little dress was brand new with tags when I purchased it. I took off the tags to try it on and then washed it once, but I’ve never actually worn it, so it will be all brand new for you minus the tags! There’s a small nick in the fabric, which @pineandoak thinks was probably from scissors nicking the fabric when it was being taken out of its original packaging.
