Neon colors on a field of deep black. Hot pink ribbo and bead detail at the hem above a sassy beaded black fringe. Outer shell is polyester with a little stretch from a touch of elastane. Fully lined. Side zip with hook and eye closure. Low rise waist. Includes pack of replacement beads. Original owner. Never worn. I've only seen one other like this on another site and it is not new and is missing quite a lot of the beadwork. This one is in brand new condition.
