Vintage voluminous full skirt tiered maxi petticoat from Darling with layers of tulle, high waist with fine-mesh yoke control panel and scalloped lace hem. Zips up the back with hook eye closure. Great vintage condition with minimal wear. There’s a faint stain spot near the hem and a faint streak in one of the ruffle folds, none are visible when wearing or consequential flaws.
