It is NWT, only worn to try on, otherwise been sitting in my closet (what a shame!). Size: It is size small, rough measurements from Nooworks attached in photos. It is an oversize dress make in stretch cotton so could fit various body sizes. From Nooworks: "We measure each of our garments by hand, laying flat.
