Ceramic cookie jar Charlie the Bassett Hound by The Pioneer Woman. Features Charlie wearing his Red Collar. I believe this is an old Charlie. He has spots on his nose, but none on his chest. He also has crazing on his white areas. The Brown and Black look fine. I never noticed it until after I purchased him. I took lots of photos, the zoom ins show it best. No Chips or Cracks.
