Hell Bunny Turquoise Polka Dot Midi Dress

Rare find! Retro turquoise midi dress with white polka dots. Halter neck design. A-line cut with a flared skirt. Would look great with a tulle under-layer! Includes elasticized panels on the back to ensure a good fit. Love the dress’s style and color, but it’s a little large for me. (The elastic is a downside in my case, but it might be an upside for you!)
