This gem belonged to my mother in law who never got rid of anything. Would be absolutely perfect for a Halloween costume or 80’s/90’s party. The elastic doesn’t feel very stretchy to me but I’m not sure if it ever was or if it’s just gone. It’s not crunchy-just doesn’t really stretch. The jacket & pants both have pockets.
