This is used but can be cleaned up with maybe some Brasso or maybe just an all surface cleaner? Sorry that I’ve misplaced the brass colored screws that go with it (4) but I’m sure Lowe’s and Home Depot or any hardware store has them. It’s size can be larger or smaller than the pictures by squeezing it inward or pulling it outward. Holds 10 items like coats or necklaces or dried flowers.
