Update on giveaways

To be completely transparent, we’ve had to make some tough decisions regarding how we manage our community and giveaways. There is a distinct pattern of behavior we occasionally see from a small group of users: individuals who never purchase items, those who frequently buy and return the majority of their purchases, or those who habitually win giveaways without ever supporting the host's business in return. While we understand some view giveaways as just 'fair game,' the reality is that these patterns cost us a significant amount of money. As a small business, we cannot afford to feel taken advantage of. Moving forward, if we see these repetitive patterns, we will be proactively blocking those accounts from our page and future giveaways. It isn't personal; it’s a necessary business decision to protect our livelihood. Larger hosts may have the margins to absorb those costs, and their shows might be a better fit for those exclusively looking for free items. For our community, we want to focus our energy and resources on mutually supportive relationships."
