joydewelles @bandolera1 Oh...I've never thought of that! Thank you for what you are teaching me. I'm a newbie and want to learn everything! The strap drops 13 inches. But the handles stick straight up and are 3 inches. The strap is NOT detachable.

bandolera1 Thanks for the nice compliment, however that must be the long strap. The other 2 look much shorter than 15”. Another way to figure it is measuring from one side to the other (total length) and half of that should be it
