I purchased them from an online retailer and they were too snug on me (I typically wear US 9.5-10). The insoles are 27.5 cm and would fit perfect on a size US 9-9.5. The box for this particular pair came in damaged from the retailer and there are minor imperfections on the inside leather (pictured).
