The waist from seam to seam is 15.5 inches (so 31 inches around) and bust armpit to armpit is 19 inches (38 inches around).
Per The Fold size guide for this size, body measurements for bust is 36.5 inches and 29 inches for the waist, giving you about 1.5-2 inches ‚fabric space‘.
