Deep red turtle/cowl neck tunic from Joseph Ribkoff. Has a unique pocket on one side that is disguised as a ruched feature. Pretty detailing on the sleeves. The care and fabric tag has been cut, but it feels like a soft polyester blend. Very comfy. Cute and unique top that could be dressed up or worn with jeans or leggings.
