Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Parental Advisory Explicit Content Tee Size XL
This women's tee is in good preowned condition and is a nod to 80s music censorship in the US. There is some discoloration near the neck and the waist - see photos, but that just gives this shirt a lived-in, rock & roll look.
Without "Darling Nikki" by Prince, this logo might not exist - Tipper Gore was sufficiently offended by that song that she co-founded an entire activist group that resulted in these labels. The label on the shirt was designed by graphic designer Deborah Norcross, who created something very cool out of a very un-rock-&-roll movement. Fun fact - the first album to carry this label was 2 Live Crew's "Banned in the U.S.A."
