This necklace is a beautiful piece when worn individually and also is great layered with other necklaces. The carved sun rays of the medallion capture the light, and a heart cutout is the centerpiece of this pendant. The pendant is on an 18" delicate paperclip chain and has a 2" extender making it easy to find the perfect length. This necklace is made of very high quality Coated Stainless Steel and can easily be worn everyday! A great alternative to sterling silver! Stainless steel is VERY hard which is great for wearing however the stamping with the heavy duty machine does create shadows in this design. It is NOT tarnish and if you move the pendant you will see that it all "lights up" when the light hits it a certain way. Without the shadows created you would not get the effect of moving sun rays.
