Sigrid Olsen Corded Pintuck A-line Skirt

Signed Olsen black a-line skirt with corded pintucks and ruching in a chevron pattern. Size 8. The skirt is lined and had a concealed side zipper. There are 2 spots where the fabric has come apart at the cording; see photos. It's repairable, I just haven't tried because it doesn't fit me anyway. Approximate flat measurements: waist 15.75". Length 31".
