Herschel backpack in a very light heather grey, could be mistaken as cream. “Leather” straps are a dark grey. Straps feature magnetic closures. Smaller pocket does have a zipper with the magnetic closures. Main part of the bag features a drawstring closure with the magnetic closures. Cushion inside for laptop or ipad. There’s a hole for headphones if you still use wired headphones. Straps are adjustable - both back and for closures. There’s two spots I came across which you can see in the images - near drawstring and front top flap. Essentially new without tags.
