NWT Reformation Rocco Dress in Black, Size 2

New with one tag long-sleeved black minidress with white ribbon tied in bow at center of neckline by Reformation, size 2. PLEASE NOTE: New but with a few snags in fabric—one below waistline and two on front of left arm (kind of tough to photograph but please see last two pics). Slightly puffed sleeves. Collar. Two buttons at back of neck at top of keyhole and back zipper. Please, NO RETURNS. Questions/offers welcome!
