Women's vintage 1980s emerald green lace midi dress cocktail formal size small

This teal lace number is lined with satin and has a satin bow belt to cinch in the waist. There is a sheer overlay on the neck, and a low v back. Back zip is fully functional. I think this one is from the 60s but I'm really not sure. Very slightly puffed sheer sleeves, and scalloped neckline and hem.
