New with tags beautiful pleated dress. The fabric is similar to a silk chiffon and the skirt moves beautifully. The top has a pleated bib design, where the lining provides side coverage. A very clever design! The lining is mini, the dress is midi; another great design element. This would be great at a black and white wedding, a party, or even a funeral. Pit-to-pit is 19.5”, waist is 16.5” side to side (33” total). Shoulder to hem front is 47.5”. The only flaw is a tiny pull near the back zipper; infinitesimal. Runs a bit big, between a 10 and 12.
