This top never fit me and I'm finally ready to part with it rather than just letting it sit, unworn, in my closet. Super cute crop top design by Chrissa Sparkles which is no longer available and hard to find/rare. Shimmery, soft blue velvety feeling material and a sweet lil heart cutout are the standouts of this top but we really can't overlook the adorable ruffle edge on the sleeves or the cute lil heart buttons on the back of the neck!!! I really do love this top and I'm sad to part with it but it doesn't fit me, hence why she is brand new with tags still attached. Please check the measurements thoroughly as I found this to be too short on me (even for a crop top) and that's why I never wore it. The length of this top is 15 inches from shoulder to hem and measures 20.5 inches from side to side.
