This is a stunning skirt that could also be worn as a dress. I purchased it off another seller, but never wore it. Because I am very short it seemed to "swallow" me, which made me sad because it is the cutest skirt! The bust or waist is smocked and has a lot of stretch. bust/waist 14.5" flat across unstretched length 39" the skirt is very full so it will accommodate many hip sizes Some of the colors are green, purple, tan, dark red and white. The plaids are alternating light and dark panels, really beautiful! The skirt/dress is completely lined. There is nothing cheap looking about this item, it is well made.
