Listen, I would buy this as a size US plus 22 based on the measurements, BUT it doesn’t fit me due to the arms!! How are you going to wear if your arms do not fit the shirt?! For a size 14 or 16! ✔️Measurements PTP - 28 inches Length - 30 inches Arm width - 16 total inches (see pic and check yours) ✔️Minor flaws may exist, but they are not noticeable.
