White Smocked Dress with Puff Sleeves

American Eagle white dress featuring a smocked bodice and puff sleeves. Worn for a couple hours and washed only once for a bridal shower. Love this dress but it’s a little too short on me. Could use a quick iron but otherwise in perfect condition!
