mssabinaaIt’s 15” flat across right under the bust and is large on my smaller frame, but I would conservatively say it’s more a modern medium - you’re right, vintage designer usually does run a little smaller. The cut of the neckline might be more forgiving for a larger chest though. I can take more measurements if you’d like, just lmk
