A retro-styled fit-and-flare dress with a boat neck and full pleated skirt (even without a petticoat) for dancing or prancing.
Made of a matte cherry-red cotton broadcloth, relatively plain to wear with jewelry or add your own embellishments.
100% cotton (lining 100% polyester)
Comes with a belt with a matching buckle. (There is a stain on the end of the belt that is completely hidden when the belt is closed.)
Only tried on, never worn. Been in storage for 10 years.
