Wooden Box Antique Carved Folk Art Signed 1898 Hamburg Germany Handmade

Antique wooden jewelry, trinket, or dresser box. Handmade, signed on underside with the makers name, the location of Hamburg Germany, and the year 1898. It measures about 7 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 3. It has a hinged lid and cutouts on the sides and lid. Interior has been lined with some kind of soft, fluffy lining, which is disintegrating with age. The wood shows some wear, including a few cracks. This piece shows its age, but still displays well. Location:B
