NWOT-I bought this new at Christopher & Banks several years ago and never wore it. There are no rips, stains, tears or odors.
It was difficult to measure due to open front and flowy material so measurements are very approximate.
Length and P-P were taken from the backside. Blouse can be tied or left open. There are no buttons or pockets. Bell sleeves (3/4 length).
