The button are vintage on the front of the jacket. It is more like a car coat. There are two pockets on the front. The measurements are:From the top of the collar to the bottom is 23" The chest size under the armpits is 19". The sleeves are 18" This can be handwashed or dry clean. It is heavy and thick.
