Vintage Red White & Blue Beaded Necklace

This vintage red white and navy blue beaded necklace is a real statement piece. Minor areas of paint loss (see pictures). I think that these areas can be touched up with some high gloss craft paint or necklace can be restrung leaving out the affected beads or just turn the beads around. The damage doesn’t make them unwearable.
