Anna Sui Tan, Blue Multi Silk Dress w/ Studded Bib Collar, US Size 4

I have chosen to believe that this dress was worn in a deleted scene from “Gossip Girl.” I mean, it totally looks the part! . This is a super fun tan Anna Sui dress with a bold pattern involving blue, black & turquoise. The dress is 100% silk (with the exception of the lining; see tag photo). The dress also has a black cutout bib collar with square studs & sheer-ish short sleeves. . I’m not exactly sure of the dress’ age, but personally, I think it’s giving 2000s (or maybe early 2010s).
