This pretty sweater knit, flared skirt from Philosophy is new with tags.  The skirt is knit of Rayon and Nylon, with an elastic waist, in size large.   Approximate Measurements:  Elastic ribbed waist: 15.5"  Length: 23"  Items come from a non-smoking home with old lady dogs, with sneaky white hair!
