Wicker basket decorated with flowers and bows

Wicker basket decorated with flowers and bows. I believe this was decorated by someone. The flowers and bows are going around the rim of the basket and them a flower fabric mat was made for the inside base of the basket. It is 15" high including the handle x 14 1/2" x 12" and it is 3 1/2" deep. It is a very pretty basket.
