Department 56 North Pole Series Cutting the Trail #56806 Still Factory Sealed

Never opened. Still sealed in original plastic wrapping. My grandmother bought tons of these department 56 village pieces and never opened or displayed. She didn't have a place to put them so they stay in storage. I found in her garage. Box shows a little wear and is dirty. Styrofoam still has the factory tape wrapped around it. The tape is a little dirty because I found the item in the garage. But it is never been cut or opened.. Please see photos. I do use recycled packaging when shipping.
