Hi! I'm interested in this dress and had a few questions. How long is it? Would it be quite long on someone who is 5'1"? Also, does it run small or true to size? I'm looking to gift it to someone who is very petite with a 30DDD bra size, and I'm unsure if a size 2 would be too small. Any sizing advice would be appreciated!
