shay_elyse @leilasas 10.5 inches at the waistline of the dress lying flat so 21 in around with stretch - the waistband is right below the ribs at the smallest part of your torso - looks amazing like a Dolce & Gabbana dress! Always open to offers - thanks for checking out my closet.

shay_elyse @leilasas Yeah this brand is for super small people I guess. If you scroll down or type in the brand name on my profile, I bought two of this same dress from Nookie online in a black/S which I sold and white/M (usually wearing a S) and I couldn’t even get a leg into the S so this brand definitely runs super small, I gained 5 lbs and can’t fit into this dress at all so sorry about their sizing ugh believe me it was disappointing for me too.
