NWT POL Tunic Top in Ivory/White with Fringe Edges Designed in notched neckline with ruffles long sleeve knit tunic top, oversized fit, fringe edge. Featured in rib and cotton slub. Soft and flowy with pretty fringe edges on bottom and sleeves. Ribbed at the top, and has a very long tie string at the neck. Model is wearing a small and the flat photo is also a small.
