You are considering a Have & Have black hot pants (shorts) and halter set. Women's size Large. The halter top has a collar and some lacy trim. It closes at the back by metal clasp and loop like a bra and at the neck by fabric hook and loop and is stretchy material, so it is somewhat adjustable for your individual body shape. Both are pre-worn excellent condition as well as Polyester construction and made in China. The two items worn together make for a very attractive cocktail waitress look, or you can use either item with some other pieces of clothing you already own. I will NOT however break up the set because I think they go so well together. These are actual clothing quality items and not just cheap costume quality.
