This beautiful watercolor asymmetrical dress by Phool likely dates back to the 90s. It includes multiple colors including yellow, lavender, orange, green and pink. It has fluttery, cutaway sleeves for a bare shoulder look. It is a size small - I have taken some measurements, which you will see in the photos, and can provide more if needed. I found two small holes in the fabric in the bust area; these are shown on the close ups. Overall, however, I would say that it is in very good condition for its age. I found this dress here on Posh, but my Mom carried this same dress in a boutique she co-owned in the 90s.
