Genuine Leather CONI COCCI belt made in Italy NO HOLES?

leather belt by Coni Cocci. I have not been able to find any info on this belt.. or any other belts made by this company.. and Although this item is for sale, I would also love more info on it... I have only been able to find wallets and coin purses from them and very few.. This belt also has no holes.. I don't know if that was on purpose, or a manufacturers error... or this was never meant to be a belt at all..
